This is my "God Spot" blog

Hello, and welcome to my "God Spot" blog. This is a place for me to journal about my relationship with God. It includes bible readings, other books I learn from, songs, thoughts, etc. Just stuff that has to do with my relationship with God. I have read the bible from cover to cover before and want to do it again but this time instead of going straight through from front to back I want to read it in a chronological order so I found a print out to map it out for me. I am a big history buff too so I may add things like maps or recent scientific discoveries, etc. I hope it will be fun, educational and that my relationship with God will be enhanced by it.

I am 50 years old, the mother of four; three boys and one girl, an RN with ICU and ER backgrounds, born in La Junta, Colorado the oldest of five kids, three girls and two boys, moved to Texas when I was nine years old. My mother died in a car accident when I was 17 and my father died from Leukemia when I was 49. I have been married and divorced twice. My best qualities are: my ability to remain true to my own values while respecting and appreciating the values of others, honesty and my faith in God. My worst qualities are: I am hypersensitive to criticism, I talk too much and time management. I have learned a lot in 50 years and am still evolving and and learning and hope to continue doing so for many more years.
